Complaints Procedure:

• Complaints relating to the distribution of proceeds must be in writing addressed to the Chairman, Mana Community Grants Foundation, P O Box 50-779, Porirua.
  
• All complaints will be considered by the Board of Trustees and a written response provided to the complainant within 20 working days.

Future Availability of Funds:

It is expected that funds available for distribution to the community in the 3 months ending 31 March 2012 will approximate $370,000.00
