Who Are We:

A charitable trust incorporated in 2002 to distribute to communities within the boundaries of Porirua City Council or within a 3 km radius of facilities where gaming licences are held in the name of Mana Community Grants Foundation, funds generated from gaming machines that the Foundation is licensed to operate in those areas.

Our Objectives :

To maximise funds for the benefit of our local communities in accordance with the following authorised purposes:

Provide funds for community and charitable purposes, within the boundaries of the Porirua City Council or within a 3 km radius of facilities where gaming licences are held in the name of Mana Community Grants Foundation. These community and charitable purposes to include the relief of poverty; the advancement of religion and education; the provision or assistance in the provision of facilities and equipment for amateur sporting clubs; assisting in the physical education and development of members of sports clubs in the Foundation’s prescribed area; and other charitable purposes beneficial to the community, including:

  • Recreational activities
  • Community/Welfare services
  • Health organisations and services
  • Educational/Training organisations for equipment or scholarships
  • Cultural activities or groups
  • Enviromental activities or groups
